个人简介

王宏伟,教授,博士生导师,“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者、山东省“泰山学者”青年专家,2020年“中国十大新锐科技人物”。1981年生,祖籍山东龙口,本科就读于烟台大学, 2011年于韩国高丽大学获得博士学位。2012年入职山东农业大学,主要从事小麦遗传育种及下游粮食安全领域研究。

主讲《普通遗传学》、《遗传学实验》等课程。

科学研究工作

从事小麦种质资源发掘和遗传育种工作。从小麦及其近缘植物中筛选和鉴定具有重要育种价值的种质资源,图位克隆关键基因,解析其分子作用机制,创制育种材料。利用卡梅尔山“进化峡谷”首次搭建了植物同域物种形成模型,为进一步攻克植物抗病基因进化机制奠定了重要基础;成功分离了抗赤霉病基因Fhb7、抗白粉病基因Pm35等多个关键基因,其中Fhb7的克隆与应用工作被评为2020年“中国十大科技进展”、“中国高校十大科技进展”、“中国生命科学十大进展”、“山东省十大科技进展”。

研究方向

1. 小麦重要基因克隆:图位克隆来源于小麦近缘种长穗偃麦草、粗山羊草和野生二粒小麦中具有重大应用价值的抗病(赤霉病、白粉病、锈病等)、优质(加工品质和营养品质)、产量性状基因,并进行遗传解析和转移利用。

2. 全基因组选择与分子育种:规模化鉴定小麦种质资源的农艺性状,进行全基因关联分析鉴定重要遗传位点,构建全基因组选择模型,探索高效分子育种体系。

3. 基因组学:对重要小麦及其近缘种进行全基因组组装和重测序,进行比较基因组学和群体遗传学研究,揭示小麦族物种和重要功能基因的进化和驯化规律。

4. 功能基因组学:利用分子生物学、生物化学等手段,围绕作物抗病、生育期、产量等性状,开展重要功能基因的分子机理研究,揭示其分子调控网络机制。
